• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

While we encourage enjoying the festive flavors, it’s always a good idea to keep your dental health in mind. Here are a few quick tips to keep your teeth sparkling during the holidays:

• Brush and Floss Regularly: After enjoying your holiday meals and treats, make sure to brush and floss thoroughly to remove any leftover sugar that could contribute to cavities.
• Drink Plenty of Water: Hydrate with water throughout the day, especially after eating, to help rinse away food particles and keep your mouth fresh.
• Moderate Sticky Sweets: Candy can stick to your teeth and cause plaque buildup. Enjoy in moderation and try to rinse or brush after indulging.
